Hatem Gaafar has been appointed as director of training and development at Ajman Hotel
Ajman Hotel has appointed Hatem Gaafar as the new director of training and development. The Egyptian national will bring more than 15 years of experience in training, education and development to his new role at Blazon Hotels' first property in Ajman.
Gaafar, who holds a Bachelor's degree in linguistics and literature, previously served as the cluster director of training and development with Rixos Hotels, Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.
Before that, Gaafar spent three years as director of people training and development at Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay, Red Sea, Hurghada, Egypt. He has also worked in training roles for several major hotel brands including IHG and Accor.
