Neisja Jones has been appointed as General Manager at Mainsail Housing of Tampa, LLC.
Mainsail Lodging & Development announced today the promotion of Neisja Jones to general manager of Mainsail Housing of Tampa, LLC. As general manager, Jones will function as the operational leader of the Mainsail housing market, responsible for guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and operations effectiveness. In her new role, she will ensure implementation of the Oakwood® and ExecuStay® brand service standards and initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
With almost 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jones has held various management and sales positions with Marriott Hotels in the Tampa Bay market prior to joining the Mainsail team. For the past 17 years, she has held positions as director of sales and general manager of Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center and most recently was the director of sales at Epicurean Hotel. Neisja lives in Westchase with her husband and daughter.
