Sally Samir has been appointed as Cluster HR Manager at Centro Capital Centre & Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana
The Rotana hotels in the Capital Centre District of Abu Dhabi have appointed Sally Samir as the new cluster human resources manager, overseeing both the Centro Capital Centre and the Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana.
The Egyptian national, started her career with Rotana in 2008 as director of employee development at Grand Rotana Resort and Spa, Egypt, following which she held several key roles within the company.
Her last role was at Sundus Rotana, Muscat where she was part of the pre-opening team as the director of talent management and assisted the management in the launch of the hotel.
In her current role, Samir will be overlooking the talent management of 230 colleagues across both properties.
