Bahram Sepahi

Named Regional Vice President and General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Sydney; Australasia's flagship property and the largest Four Seasons by number of rooms, Sepahi's move to Australia places him in the three continents' club. In this capacity, Bahram continues regional responsibility in China while expanding his coverage to include Korea and Australia.

A graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, in 1986 Bahram Sepahi began his journey with Four Seasons in North America, at the Ritz Carlton Chicago. His next call of duty included the Four Seasons Resort and Club in Dallas and the Four Seasons property in Washington DC, where his strong performance led to him assuming the Hotel Manager's role. 2001 saw his next promotion to the position of General Manager and Bahram moved to Saudi Arabia to open the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre.

After four successful years in the Kingdom, Bahram spent another four years in Dubai as Regional Vice President overseeing the Middle East property, before moving to China in 2009. Being Four Season's pioneer in the South, Sepahi opened the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou at the magnificent IFC tower. Within five years, the hotel had accomplished an admirable amount of achievements, financially as well as with numerous accolades including the coveted Forbes Global Five Star rating. In 2014, Bahram was recognised as "China's General Manager of the Year".

With a need for luxury hoteliers in Australia and Bahram's experience in one of Australia's leading source markets; China, Bahram states his move down under was quite strategic given the importance of the Sydney hotel to Four Seasons. 'Being a leading global city and a gateway to Australia,' Bahram looks back on his experience over his Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts tenure and plans to utilise his experience in key markets and luxury hotels to continue Four Seasons Hotel Sydney's success and future plans.
