Bianca Cartin has been appointed as Director of Marketing at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

With more than 15 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Cartin has worked with a range of hotel brands throughout her career.

Raised in the UK, Cartin started her career in the PR industry working at Hard Rock Café Dubai as PR and marketing manager. Following five years at the restaurant, she then moved to Delwood Consultancy Agency into a marketing and PR manager role before returning to the Hard Rock Café brand in 2010 when the Dubai Festival City venue opened up.

In 2013, Cartin started her journey in the hotel industry, working as a marketing and PR manager for Jumeirah Restaurant Group where she was responsible for leading her PR and marketing team and also overseeing the strategic development of online and social media campaigns.

Cartin's next role was as the marketing and PR manager for local restaurant brand Ginza Restaurants; here, she was responsible for pre-opening of Jean-Georges Dubai, at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai.

Prior to moving into her role at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, Cartin was at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Dubai since 2016.

Bianca Cartin is an alumnus of University of Brighton – Class of 2000.
