Ben Joos has been appointed as General Manager and Director of Sales at Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport
Embassy by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport, a Sun Development and Management Company hotel, today announced that Ben Joos has been appointed as the general manager, and Mike Grabowski has been appointed as the new director of sales. Embassy Suites by Hilton is a global brand of upscale, all-suite hotels from Hilton (NYSE: HLT).
As the general manager, Joos is responsible for directing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, hotel administration and overseeing marketing efforts. "Joos brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry as well as a commitment to providing unparalleled guest service," said Ken McGowen, executive vice president of operations, Sun Development. "We are confident that he will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our hotel." Prior to joining the Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport, Joos was general manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Downtown Indianapolis.
As the newly appointed director of sales, Grabowski is in charge of networking and assessing the needs of local businesses, working with Joos to facilitate marketing efforts and overseeing sales initiatives that assure the success of the hotel.
