Paolo Campillo has been appointed as General Manager at Parkroyal on Kitchener Road,
Paolo brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry with his most recent post being the General Manager of Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour. With a deep passion for the service industry, he started his career in Mandarin Oriental Manila as a Headwaiter and was first appointed General Manager with The Westin Philippine Plaza (currently Sofitel Philippine Plaza) in 2005.
He subsequently moved to Indonesia and Malaysia, where he took the helm as General Manager at various hotels, including Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, Four Points by Sheraton Kuching and Aloft KL Sentral.
In his new role, Paolo will be responsible for managing the hotel operations and ensuring the service culture that is synonymous with the Parkroyal brand.
