Born in France, Roubin holds a Master Degree on Hotel Management at the Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School in Lyon and a Bachelor Degree on Law at The University of Toulon. Since fifteen years ago when he joined the Hilton, Roubin has traveled across the globe, working in various establishments of the hotel chain. He always thrived on new challenges and played an instrumental role in making the hotels he oversaw the most successful hospitality destinations of their respective countries.

One of Roubin remarkable achievements is facilitating the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton in Kuala Lumpur as Food and Beverage Director. It was the first property under the DoubleTree label in Southeast Asia, and his endeavor laid crucial foundation to the favorable reputation of the restaurants there. After that, Roubin's esteemed career continued at Hilton Colombo Residence, and most recently at Conrad Bali, as Director of Operations. While being no stranger to the culture of the region, the industry veteran finds much excitement in his new home.
