SUBHANKAR BOSE is the newly appointed General Manager at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel. In his new role, he will spearhead various specialized functions of the hotel and will be responsible for steering the management team. He has a strong background in hospitality, the right set of skills and experience that further helps in providing a complete and state of the art experience for guests. As head of the hotel, Bose will be leading the executive team with strategic planning and tactical management.
Bose brings a wealth of over 17 years of operational experience, with expertise in hospitality operations and management. He has mastered the ability to stay on top of the situation and ensure his end of deliverables are completed with adeptness. Bose, a veritable hotelier at heart, assures customers' needs are not just met but are surpassed, with stellar standards.
Prior to this role, Bose served as the Resident Manager at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru where he was responsible for efficient operations of the property. He has also served a long stint with Hyatt Hotels in India and has acquired various roles in Rooms Division. A General Manager par excellence, Bose enjoys interacting with guests and implementing their feedback and suggestions, thus improving hotel services and facilities from their point of view.
