Jason W. Jonilonis has been appointed as Executive Chef at the Doug Pitcock ’49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center

BENCHMARK®, a global hospitality company, has named Jason W. Jonilonis executive chef for the Doug Pitcock '49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, a Benchmark Resorts & Hotels property located in College Station, Texas. Greg Stafford, general manager, made the announcement.
Jason Jonilonis comes to the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center with over three decades of distinguished culinary and leadership experience. He was previously director of food and beverage for Benchmark's Stonewall Resort of Roanoke, West Virginia.

Mr. Jonilonis has exercised his entrepreneurial gifts by owning and operating a successful food and beverage consulting business, specializing in enhancing culinary quality. He has also served as special task force food and beverage director for Benchmark's Topnotch Resort in Stowe, Vermont. Earlier in his career he was director of food and beverage for Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa™, a Benchmark property located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Jonilonis has served as executive chef for Casino Del Sol of Tucson, Arizona.

Jason Jonilonis has been a featured chef multiple times at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City. Many of the restaurants under his direction have received numerous awards of excellence, including Forbes Four Star and AAA Four Diamond ratings. He is relocating to the College Station area.
