Joseph Cardone has been appointed as General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC – Crystal City

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC - Crystal City, owned by Park Hotels & Resorts and managed by Hilton Management Services, has appointed Joseph Cardone as General Manager. Most recently, Carone served as Hotel Manager at Hilton Orlando.

In his new role, Cardone will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 627-room hotel, which includes 34,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

A 28-year hospitality veteran, Cardone began his career in hospitality as a restaurant host at Long Island Marriott. Over the years, he has held positions ranging from Director of Catering Services and Director of Event Operations to Director of Room Operations and Resident Manager at New York Marriott Marquis, Waldorf Astoria New York, Washington Marriott Wardman Park, Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Solana, The Mayflower Hotel and Orlando World Center Marriott.

Cardone holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Connecticut University.
