Ramesh Kaduru has been appointed as Executive Chef at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate
Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate announces the appointment of Ramesh Kaduru to Executive Chef. In his new role, Chef Kaduru will oversee the culinary operations at the resorts nine exceptional dining experiences.
Executive Chef Kaduru joins Omni Hotels & Resorts after a rich tenure with The Ritz-Carlton Company, most recently as executive chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta. Chef Kaduru spearheaded the culinary program at several of Floridas most prestigious resorts. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, Chef Kaduru was executive chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Coconut Grove and led culinary teams at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach and The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples.
Chef Kaduru has also held positions at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba and The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. Born and raised in India, Chef Kaduru holds a diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science from S.V. University in India.
Chef Kaduru looks forward to infusing his unique background and Indian cooking traditions in the resorts dining experiences, particularly in wedding and events catering menus.
