Hotel Alessandra has announced that Ludovic Poirier has been promoted from Director of Outlets to Director of Food & Beverage for the property. Poirier brings nearly 30 years of international experience with a focus on overseeing the signature restaurants of top hotels around the world. Prior to joining Hotel Alessandra and Lucienne restaurant, Poirier was the Director of Food & Beverage at Uptown Houston's Hotel Granduca. Before that, he was Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Mokara Hotel & Spa in San Antonio. Since settling in Houston in 1996, Poirier has served as Food & Beverage Manager for Deville restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel and later oversaw the transformation of the venue to Quattro. Additionally, Poirier is known for several high-profile roles, including Director of Food & Beverage at Brenham's acclaimed Inn at Dos Brisas, General Manager at The Tasting Room CITYCENTRE, Business Partner at Philippe Restaurant + Lounge, General Manager of VOICE restaurant at Hotel ICON, and Director of Operations for Bistro Moderne at Hotel Derek.
