Eva Ximena Lopez has been appointed as General Manager – Specialty Restaurants at Crowne Plaza® Dubai
Crowne Plaza Dubai is delighted to announce the promotion of Eva Ximena Lopez to General Manager - Specialty Restaurants.
Ximena joined the iconic property on Sheikh Zayed Road a year and a half ago as General Manager of the hotel's Trader Vic's branch. In her new role, Ximena will be responsible as well for Harvester's Pub and Brazilian churrascaria and bar Chamas.
Commenting on her promotion, Chady Kanaan, Hotel Manager, said: "Ximena has built great relationships with all other hotel departments and created positive synergies within her own team. We are excited to see where she will lead the outlets in her new position!"
