Asari Tashima has been appointed as Group Sales Manager – Asia at Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort

The appointment of Tashima as group sales manager for the Asia market, demonstrates the brand's commitment to growing this important market segment. Based in Waikiki, Tashima's focus will be on small groups for the beachfront Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort and Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort.

Tashima's previous experience is as events and catering manager, Far East, for the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort. She also held management positions at the Pacific Beach Hotel.

Tashima holds a bachelor's in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, is a certified wedding and events planner and is fluent in Japanese with basic knowledge in Mandarin.
