With his 20 years of hospitality and tourism experience and previous senior sales roles at hospitality technology companies such as RoomKeyPMS and ORACLE, Christopher brings excellent industry know-how and the necessary enthusiasm for protel's strategic plans in North America. Initially building out from his Hospitality & Tourism degree, Christopher has been closely involved with hotels on a day-to-day level, having directly worked in multiple operations-based roles throughout his early career. From Front Desk Agent to General Manager to Hospitality Instructor, he has walked the walk and gained that valuable insider knowledge. Christopher has been appointed as Senior Sales Executive at protel North America Inc., primarily, because of his extensive experience in providing Training, Support and Sales to hoteliers from economy to upscale hotels, to independent single and hotel groups in North America, and overseas. In his new role, he discovers clients pain-points and presents appropriate ROI-related technology-based solutions.
