Rick Schatz has been appointed as General Manager at Dual-Branded Hyatt Place/Hyatt House

HRI Lodging has appointed Rick Schatz general manager for the dual-branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. He will oversee all aspects of the hotel's management, including operations, sales, marketing, security, maintenance, housekeeping and accounting. Schatz previously served as the resort manager of the Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club in Massachusetts and served as director of operations at Le Meridien New Orleans. He holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts with department honors from the University of Redlands.
