Chef Halliday's track record in Food & Beverage includes Michelin Star experience, Global Award Winning Restaurants, and High Volume Banqueting. Prior to joining the Battery Wharf Hotel, Halliday served as the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at Delta St. Johns Hotel in Newfoundland, Canada. He has previously worked for Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Red Sea Hotels, Coco Collection Resorts, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton Luxury Collection, Canadian Pacific Hotels and Resorts, Metropole Hotels, and many independent properties ranging from boutiques to resorts.
Although most of Chef Halliday's positions have been Executive Chef for over 20 years, he also specializes in kitchen design and pre-opening in unique properties across the globe.
