Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront, part of Leading of Hotels of the World situated in Boston's historic North End, has appointed Keith Halliday as Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage. Originally from Scotland, Chef Halliday brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry with an extensive background in Food & Beverage. He has worked in 22 countries with exposure to various markets including North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Caribbean, Asia, & Australia.
Chef Halliday's track record in Food & Beverage includes Michelin Star experience, Global Award Winning Restaurants, and High Volume Banqueting. Prior to joining the Battery Wharf Hotel, Halliday served as the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at Delta St. Johns Hotel in Newfoundland, Canada. He has previously worked for Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Red Sea Hotels, Coco Collection Resorts, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton Luxury Collection, Canadian Pacific Hotels and Resorts, Metropole Hotels, and many independent properties ranging from boutiques to resorts.
Although most of Chef Halliday's positions have been Executive Chef for over 20 years, he also specializes in kitchen design and pre-opening in unique properties across the globe. Chef Halliday's wealth of experience and proven track record to deliver positive results aligned with his passion and dedication to the culinary arts including excellent leadership skills will create a culinary adventure at the Battery Wharf Hotel.
