Michelle Fariñas has been promoted to Senior Weddings Department Manager at AIC Hotel Group

Michelle Fariñas is assuming the role of Senior Weddings Department Manager at AIC Hotel Group. Eight years ago, Michelle joined the company as a Wedding Sales Coordinator, converting countless leads into hard bookings, and significantly contributing towards the company's revenue stream. Her positive attitude, hard work and dedication landed her in a managerial position within the department as she continued to work under Carilis to develop the weddings business.

In her new role, Michelle will oversee a dedicated sales team of 11, with the goal of growing the weddings and events business within the company. Michelle will report directly to Frank Maduro, VP of Marketing.
