Katell Bourgeois has been named Partner - Head of Hospitality France at Cushman & Wakefield
Cushman & Wakefield's EMEA Hospitality team continues its strategic expansion with the appointment of Katell Bourgeois, to lead the newly formed hospitality team in France.
Bourgeois joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL's Hotels & Hospitality team in Paris, where she had worked for nearly 15 years. Cushman & Wakefield has additionally recruited Josephine Duforest from CBRE and Olivier Monteux from Accor, to join Bourgeois as Analysts in the team.
Bourgeois will be responsible for building a full-service hospitality function for Cushman & Wakefield in France, which will include capital markets, advisory, development and operator selection.
Katell Bourgeois is an alumnus of ESSEC Business School – Class of 2005.
