Kyra Rydlund has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Kimpton Shorebreak Resort

Kimpton Shorebreak Resort announced today the appointment of Kyra Rydlund as Director of Sales and Marketing. In her new role, Rydlund will be responsible for creating and implementing a new wave of sales and marketing initiatives targeted towards new and existing hotel guests. She will also be overseeing strategy and customer satisfaction for the 157-guestroom resort.

A seasoned hospitality professional, Rydlund brings over two decades of experience to the Shorebreak. Most recently, Rydlund served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at InterContintenal Hotel Group's Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown Union Station, where she played a pivotal role in the property's successful 2017 launch.

Prior to her time at Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown Union Station, Rydlund served as the Director of Global Accounts at HelmsBriscoe, the global leader in meetings procurement. Rydlund has also held leadership roles at Marriott Hotels, Hotel Teatro, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Wyndham Garden Hotel.

When Rydlund is not overseeing the Shorebreak's sales and marketing teams, she can be found snorkeling off the Huntington Beach coast or soaking up the sun on the beach with a good book.
