Farid Alain Schoucair has been appointed as General Manager at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore

Farid brings with him a wealth of industry experience and has also lived and worked in many
parts of the world including Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Dubai, Jeju (South Korea), Saipan
(Northern Mariana Islands), and Manila. Farid was the General Manager at New World Makati
Hotel responsible for the rebranded property from Renaissance Hotel. He played an important
role in conceptualizing, developing, implementing strategic plans and driving market initiatives.
Farid was also formally the General Manager of Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur which is part
of the Millennium Hotels and Resorts. In his new role, Farid will lead and drive the overall performance of Grand Copthorne
Waterfront Hotel.
