Massimiliano Perversi is the new General Manager of the Aleph Rome Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 88-room hotel in the heart of Rome.

Massimiliano has a solid experience in the world of Hotellerie, he has worked for the main national and international hotel companies starting from the late eighties with the Hilton International of Milan, continuing with the Four Seasons of Milan and Santa Barbara in California, until to the most recent Hotel De Russie in Rome, Carlton Baglioni in Milan and Marina di Scarlino with the Ferragamo group.
In his last experience he divided between Milan and New York, coordinating the operation of hotels and restaurants for the Italian group HLH Collection.
With a strong predisposition to communication and PR, it finds its greatest strengths in the management of the team, in the sales and positioning strategies and in the organization of the day by day operation.
