Zach Thomas has been appointed as Spa Director at The Mokara Hotel & Spa
Mokara Hotel and Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Zach Thomas as spa director. In his new role, Thomas will oversee the highly acclaimed Forbes Four-Star 17,000 square foot spa, including all day-to-day operations, marketing, programming and staff management.
Thomas brings over ten years' experience to the role, including his most recent position as spa director at LIVunLtd, a lifestyle, spa and wellness consulting and management company leading Island Spa Catalina, the only resort style experiential spa on Catalina Island, located just off the coast of Southern California. Previously, he was spa operations manager at Destination Hotels at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, and was part of the opening team at Vdara Hotel and Spa, an MGM Resort property in Las Vegas.
Thomas is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in hospitality management. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, traveling, practicing yoga and attending concerts.
