Shelley Meszoly has been appointed as General Manager at 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati
Shelley Meszoly brings over 25 years of leadership experience, specializing in revenue generation through destination and hotel sales, marketing, customer retention and revenue management, with expertise in talent development, team building and colleague engagement. Prior to her appointment at 21c, Shelley was the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda and Caribbean region.
From 1989 - 2019, Shelley held progressive positions within the Fairmont and Accor Groups in Canada, Bermuda, Cuba and the Caribbean region, including; Sales Director, Senior Sales Director, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Leisure Sales. Shelley was responsible for driving all revenue streams, developing partnerships with key accounts, facility improvements as well as partnering with the Bermuda Board of Tourism, resulting in a repositioning of the island, creating a demand for the destination as a luxury product.
Shelley has been the recipient of the following awards and special assignments throughout her career: HSMAI Platinum Adrian Award, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Sales Team of the Year, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts President's Circle, Bermuda Tourism Authority Sales & Marketing Advisory Board Member, HSMAI Resort Committee member, Chair - Accor Annual Sales Blitz - NCA Region (4 years), Chair - Bermuda Alliance for Tourism. Shelley, her husband Greg and their dog, Murphy currently reside in Cincinnati.
