Duane Dickson has been named General Manager at Tuscana Resort Orlando and The Fountains at ChampionsGate

As general manager, Dickson oversees overall operations at both properties, focusing on administration, marketing, and homeowner associations, with a heightened priority on guest services and an elevated product offering.

Dickson joins the Aqua-Aston team with experience working for notable hospitality brands, including Wyndham Hotels and Spectrum Resorts. Most recently, Dickson worked as a senior property manager at Castle Group, where he played an integral role in handling budget development and leading community operations. He also worked as a general manager at Turqoise Place, located in Orange Beach, Alabama, where he significantly increased employee satisfaction scores, while consistently exceeding income targets.
