Ben Walters has been appointed as General Manager at Hyatt Place West Palm Beach Downtown

As General Manager, Walters will provide oversight of all aspects of day-to-day operations and providing leadership to all staff members including strategic planning of revenues, operations and guest satisfaction. His hospitality career started in Indiana and for the past 5 years has worked in Boca Raton and West Palm in various leadership positions including Operations Manager and General Manager.
