Tracey Oliver has been appointed as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert and Al Hamra Beach
Oliver assumed her new position in July 2019 and is committed to leading The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert and Al Hamra Beach to greater heights.
Prior to her new posting, she served as the general manager of Hotel de l'Opera MGallery Collection in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Oliver has valuable experience in leading high-end properties. As well as Hotel de l'Opera MGallery Collection, she previously managed Hotel de la Paix in Thailand.
She commented on her new posting: "I am delighted to move to the Middle East region and join the ladies and gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert and Al Hamra Beach. Together, I am positive that we will create unforgettable memories for all our guests who stay at our stunning properties located at the Al Wadi Nature Reserve and on the Arabian Gulf."
Oliver began her career as a management trainee at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner in Virginia in 1999. She developed her leadership skills when she became part of the management team at The Ritz-Carlton in Palm Beach and South Beach in Florida. After working for numerous properties across the USA and Asia, she has returned to The Ritz-Carlton to pursue her passion for leadership and hospitality management.
