BENCHMARK®, a global hospitality company, has named Melissa Bolster catering and conference services manager for World of Whirlpool, in Chicago. Ms. Bolster's new position represents a promotion for her. Ken Jesina, Benchmark's general manager at World of Whirlpool, made the announcement.
Melissa Bolster joined the World of Whirlpool planning team as a Catering and Conference Services Planner two years ago, coming from The Walt Disney World Resort where she was Catering Guest Experience Manager. She previously held multiple roles with White Lodging in Chicago.Ms. Bolster has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University and is currently working on her CMP designation. She resides in Bloomingdale, Illinois.
