Sven Fitjer has been appointed as General Manager at The Stones Hotel - Legian Bali, Autograph Collection

The Stones - Legian, Bali is pleased to announce the appointment of Sven Fitjer as General Manager, effective from early August 2019.

Not a stranger to Marriott International and Bali, Sven is excited to join the hotel and to return to the island of the Gods. In his previous assignment at the Hermitage Jakarta, under Marriott's Tribute Portfolio brand, Sven successfully positioned the hotel in the market achievin g strong revenue performance improvements. He is known for his inspirational leadership style with a strong focus to deliver personalized service for all guests. Prior to that, Sven managed The Laguna Resort & Spa, A Luxury Collection Hotel.

Sven holds a hospitality degree from the Hotel Management School in Heidelberg, Germany. He started his international career in 2001 in the US, and in the last 26 years he has worked in twelve different hotels, restaurants, and catering companies in locations such as Boston, Hawaii, Sydney, Jakarta, and

Bali and with international hotel companies such as Marriott International including Starwood Legacy, Four Seasons, Kempinski, and Hilton.
