Maribel Denner has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at The JW Marriott Anaheim Resort

Bringing over 30 years of hospitality experience with her, Denner has earned accolades as a top one percent performer for Marriott International and Group Sales Leader of the Year. She previously served as Director of Sales for Marriott Southwest Group Sales, where she managed over 30 personnel and was responsible for top-line group sales revenue, generating over $100 million annually for 35 hotels within Southern California. Denner has also served as President for Meeting Professionals International for the Southern California Chapter (MPISCC), President of the El Camino College Foundation Board and as a chair for the MPI Diversity & Inclusion Task Force in 2018.
