Badr Zizi has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Roda Al Muroo Downtown Dubai
Roda Hotels & Resorts has appointed Badr Zizi as the director of sales and marketing for its Roda Al Murooj, Dubai property.
Zizi, comes with more than nine years' experience in the hospitality industry combined with an in-depth understanding of the market.
In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day activations of sales and marketing, events operations and will spearhead the strategic direction of the 528 keys, five-star hotel rooms, suites and luxury serviced apartments.
Zizi has worked with international brands across the world and his last role was that of the deputy director of sales and marketing at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche.
He began his career in 2010 with HUSA Hotels and W Barcelona, Spain, before he moved to Abu Dhabi for the pre-openings of Westin and St. Regis Abu Dhabi in 2011, then to Rosewood, Abu Dhabi as part of pre-opening team in 2012 in charge of corporate and MICE strategy.
