Teddy Susanto Wiryawan has been appointed as General Manager at Alila Villas Koh Russey
Alila Villas Koh Russey is pleased to announce the appointment of Teddy Susanto Wiryawan as General Manager with effect from 1 October 2019.
A passionate hotelier, Teddy brings to the island over 20 years of experience in 5-star luxury hotels, including COMO Hotels & Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Grand Hyatt, and Shangri-La, to name a few.
His career has taken him to a variety of city and resort destinations, including his home island of Bali, Bhutan, Bangkok, Dubai, Singapore and London. Teddy has also demonstrated his leadership at luxury properties in Turks & Caicos Islands, leading the pre-opening of Sailrock Resort and running the award-winning Parrot Cay by COMO private island resort. Teddy joins Alila Villas Koh Russey from his most recent role as General Manager of Alila Jakarta, exchanging the fast pace of Indonesia's capital for a quieter yet no less exciting side of life on the Cambodian Riviera.
In his new role, Teddy helms Alila's first resort in Cambodia comprising 50 pavilions and 13 villas designed in harmony with the unspoilt surroundings, immersing guests in the absolute height of eco-luxe and contemporary comfort.
