Troy Craig has joined CBRE Hotels in Australia and New Zealand as Regional Director Valuations and Advisory Services - CBRE Asia Pacific
Mr Craig brings over 25 years' experience in hotel and hospitality market and was previously managing director of the strategic advisory division of JLL's hotels and hospitality group.
He has been appointed as Regional Director to lead the CBRE Hotels' Valuation & Advisory Services team in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Craig said the opportunity to join the region's largest and most diversified team of hotel and hospitality real estate specialists had been a key draw card.
He noted that hotel markets across Pacific were fundamentally sound with strong investor appetite and a positive outlook in terms of tourism demand.
