Vivian Cohen has been appointed as Director of Catering and Events at Hilton Short Hills

Cohen most recently served as associate director of catering and events of The Wagner at the Battery Hotel, New York. A 20-year hospitality professional, she began her career with Sheraton Parsippany as a senior catering sales manager before transitioning into a director role. From there, Cohen held executive positions at W Hoboken, W New York - Times Square, The Knickerbocker Hotel and Hilton Short Hills in 2017 before joining The Wagner at the Battery Hotel.
