Iran Lutton has been appointed as Restaurant Manager at Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort
The UK native began his career in New Zealand working as a bar and floor manager in 2013, where he progressed his skills moving between positions for over four years.
In his new role as restaurant manager, Lutton will oversee the Trader Vic's Mai Tai team at the Polynesian establishment, which offers a true tropical experience in a spacious setting. Trader Vic's Mai Tai Lounge offers guests the very best of island-style dishes and exotic cocktails to match.
