Lauren McDonald has been appointed as Catering Sales Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Serving as Catering Sales Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Lauren McDonald returns to Fontainebleau Miami Beach where she previously served as Convention Services Assistant from 2015 to 2016. Most recently, McDonald held the role of Sales & Catering Manager at The Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne. She also held a role as Sales & Catering Manager at The Coral Gables Country Club. McDonald earned her bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Florida International University.
