Hotel Indigo® and Holiday Inn Express & Suites® Austin Downtown-University has appointed Erika Crane as complex director of sales & marketing. Crane joins the hotel just as renovations are completed at Skyline Pool Deck and Bar.
Crane joins Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express & Suites from Courtyard by Marriott Columbus (GA) where she was selected as one of two Assistant General Managers to be presented during Marriott's Eastern Region Human Capital Review.
In her role, Crane directs all sales and marketing initiatives for Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express & Suites, including key strategizing for group and transient sales, revenue and marketing efforts.
