Tracey Poole has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Hilton Lake Taupo
Hilton Lake Taupo has announced Tracey Poole to the position of Hotel Manager for Hilton Lake Taupo commencing on 28 January, 2020.
Her hospitality career spans more than 20 years with 15 years working overseas in various luxury International hotels and resorts, including the iconic Soneva properties, under the Six Senses brand in the Maldives. Poole returns to New Zealand to join Hilton Lake Taupo, bringing a vast experience across multiple markets.
Most recently, Tracey was General Manager of Alila in Wuzhen, China and, prior to that, at the Anandi Hotel & Spa in Shanghai where she oversaw the pre-opening for the brand. Work during this transitional time included the development of the luxury and wellbeing concepts to increase the hotels' brand awareness and alignment with the growing hospitality trends across the world.
Originally from Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty, Poole is delighted to be returning closer to home and family. Poole is excited to be an integral part of the Hilton Lake Taupo and Australasian teams to bring her experience and passion for hospitality and high-end luxury wellness resorts.
