Raphaël Piveteau has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Montage Healdsburg

Piveteau joins the Healdsburg team from the Baccarat Hotel & Residences in New York City where he was the Director of Food and Beverage. Through the years he has held various positions with Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts, including posts in Makati, Philippines and Hong Kong Island, in addition to The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay in Half Moon Bay, Calif.
