Jordan Scheiman has been appointed as Managing Director at Highline Hospitality Partners

Before joining HHP, Scheiman served as a Vice President in the Investment Group of Rockbridge Capital; a private equity fund manager focused exclusively on investments in the hospitality space. He was part of a team responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives related to Rockbridge's debt platform. Additional work experience includes Dir ector of Garrison Investment Group, where he was responsible for managing all real estate financings across multiple active closed-end private equity funds and separately managed accounts for the firm's approximately $2 billion in commercial real estate assets; and Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank, where he was responsible for the origination, structuring, underwriting, and closing of both CMBS and balance sheet loans. Scheiman will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and capitalizing new debt investments.
