Stephanie Bisogne

Executive Chef Stephanie Bisogne will direct daily culinary operations at Sal Y Mar, the hotel's signature rooftop bar. Bisogne has been an Executive Chef for Concord Hospitality for four years, most recently at Embassy Suites Charlotte Uptown. Prior to that, she was a Sous Chef for Marriott International. Bisogne attended Johnson & Wales for her Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Management. She also completed a hotel hospitality study abroad program in Sarria, Spain, and traveled to several European countries while abroad. Bisogne and her family have relocated to Tampa Bay and look forward to finding and exploring several new hiking locations in Florida.

3 September 2020 — Kukta holds more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including holding positions with Walt Disney World, DoubleTree by Hilton and Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City, Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, Hilton McLean, Capital Hilton and Hilton Washington, HYATT house King of Prussia, Courtyard by Marriott Reading, Residence Inn Glen Mill, and DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego.

Bill Kao - General Manager

3 September 2020 — Kao will be responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, including hotel administration and guest services and satisfaction, in addition to overseeing marketing efforts, while Kukta will lead and direct the implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans in the hotel's efforts to deliver outstanding guest service.
