Sasa Milojevic has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at TAFER Hotels & Resorts
TAFER Hotels & Resorts, a forward-thinking leisure and hospitality company with an award-winning collection of resorts, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Sasa Milojevic as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Milojevic brings more than 25 years of industry experience to his new role and will help TAFER Hotels & Resorts grow their luxury hotel and real estate portfolio while adapting to forthcoming sales trends and further improving the excellent customer service the company is known and recognized.
Sasa is a well-versed operations and business strategist who has worked with noted hotel brands and has a wealth of experience with managing all aspects of hotel, condo and spa operations, new hotel openings, business and strategic development, implementing successful marketing programs, and creating efficient corporate communication strategies. In addition, his background includes a stellar track record in revenue and profit optimization, quality assurance, sales and marketing management among many other.
In his new role as COO of TAFER Hotels & Resorts, Sasa will oversee existing hotel and real estate operation & development, sales and marketing division, and will create a new business development division to generate new opportunities for further growth of the company.
Previously, Sasa served as the Global President of Hotel Operations and CEO for Mexico, LATAM and Caribbean regions at Karisma Hotels & Resorts. During his 11 years with Karisma, he successfully led the organizational transformation of the company and played an essential role in growing their hotel portfolio by opening more than 20 properties in 6 different countries. During his tenure he was responsible for 30 hotels and resorts across 12 brands and under his operational oversight a number of properties earned industry´s top accolades, ranging from Best Boutique Hotel Chain by Travel Weekly to Best All-Inclusive Luxury Chain by Conde Nast Traveler´s Readers´ Choice Awards and AAA Five Diamond Awards. Previously, Sasa was the COO of Buenaventura Hotels Corporation. He began his career in 1995 with Allegro Resorts, where he worked his way up and gained valuable leadership experience in the industry.
