Addy Maini

Gulph Creek Hotels, a Pennsylvania-based hotel management and ownership group, has named Addy Maini as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In the newly created role, Mr. Maini, who rejoins the company, will work closely with corporate and on-property leadership, focusing on day-to-day operations, training, sales, food and beverage, human resources and accounting. Additionally, he will provide guidance and direction for company infrastructure enhancements as the company continues to expand into full-service hotels and outside their Mid Atlantic geographic base.

Mr. Maini has extensive experience in all aspects of multi-property management including effectively building relationships with business partners, facilitating acquisitions, financial management, market analysis and strategic management. As the Chief Operating Officer, Addy will align strategy functions for Gulph Creek Hotels, to provide leadership, management and vision with the support of Regional Vice Presidents to oversee operations, human resources, sales and revenue management for the entire portfolio.

Prior to joining Gulph Creek Hotels, Mr. Maini began his career in 1995 in London, UK. He has management experience in operating luxury, business and lifestyle hotels and resorts in prime locations throughout the United States and International destinations. He has led new property openings, large-scale renovation projects and hotel conversions. Addy is known for his success in building highly effective leadership teams and in turning around ailing properties across a diverse property portfolio.

14 June 2021 — Gulph Creek Hotels, a Pennsylvania-based hotel management and ownership group, has named Ronald Balle as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his new role, Mr. Balle, who rejoins the company, will work closely with on-property and corporate sales and marketing teams to develop market strategies, synergies across regions, and act as a resource to help assist hotels achieve continued success.
