Deborah Kelly has been promoted to Vice President of Talent and Culture at Rosewood Hotel Group
Rosewood Hotel Group is proud to recognize the promotion of Deborah Kelly, formerly senior corporate director of talent and culture, to vice president of talent and culture, Asia Pacific.
Deborah is responsible for overseeing all talent and culture functions within the region. Since joining Rosewood Hotel Group in 2019, Deborah has focused on digital transformation of talent and culture systems, policies, and processes to ensure the Group has superlative talent and sustainable development programs for each and every associate. Prior to her tenure with Rosewood, Deborah worked extensively in Asia for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Wynn Resorts and Marina Bay Sands overseeing senior leadership and development, as well as the smooth launches of resort openings.
