Timothy Tan has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Timothy Tan as Director of Sales and Marketing, effective 1 March 2021. In his new position, Timothy will oversee and develop the Sales & Marketing division of the luxury hotel featuring 542 rooms and 22 event venues, the flagship Grand Hyatt hotel in Asia.

With extensive experience working with renowned companies in the hotel and travel industries, Timothy has held senior management roles at multiple luxury hotels in Asia Pacific, including Australia, Singapore, Macau and Tokyo. Most recently, Timothy was Director of Commercial and Marketing at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo since 2019.

With great experience in the industry and a passion to explore ways to improve, Timothy will focus on motivating the team, nurturing their spirit of striving-for-excellence, and providing guidance on developing strategies with urgency that will drive revenue and brand awareness.
