Kristina Snaith - Lens has been appointed as General Manager at The Upper House and Pacific Place Apartment
Kristina Snaith-Lense began her career with Swire Hotels as Assistant Director of Guest Experience of The Upper House Hong Kong in 2012 and was promoted to Director of Guest Experience in 2014.
Passionate and dedicatedtodelivering exceptionalservices to discerning guests, Kristina led the Guest Experience team with tremendous success. She was appointed as Hotel Manager of The Middle House Shanghai in 2017 to spearhead the pre-opening operations. Kristina returned to Hong Kong in 2019 as Hotel Manager of The Upper House and Pacific Place Apartments and rose to the position of General Manager in 2021. Prior to joining Swire Hotels, she held various positions with The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, HongKong.
Kristina graduated from University of Bristol and Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
