Christopher Lavaud has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Le Coucou and Hotel Lou Pinet
Maisons Pariente is delighted to introduce Christopher Lavaud, the newly appointed General Manager for Hotel Le Coucou, in Méribel and Hotel Lou Pinet in St Tropez.
Christopher has extensive luxury hospitality experience having worked with a variety of renowned hotel brands over the past 15 years including Park Hyatt Paris Vendome, Joel Robuchon Monaco and Hotel du Cap Eden Roc. Most recently he was the Executive Assistant Manager at Jumby Bay Island where he covered busy day-to-day operations, worked to enhance the F&B experiences by masterminding wonderful projects such as Cinema on the beach and Dinner on the Dock and achieved a 92% Leading Quality Assurance. As General Manager, Christopher is responsible for leading the hotel teams and day-to-day management of Hotel Lou Pinet and Hotel Le Coucou.
Five minutes from the Place de Lices and a stone's throw from the region's most sought-after beaches, Hotel Le Pinet boasts 34 guest bedrooms and suites, a world-renowned Beefbar restaurant, a new kids' club, a Tata Harper Spa with a brand new transformative Remodelage experience by Martine de Richeville, a large emerald green swimming pool and lush Mediterranean gardens which have been created with privacy in mind. Hotel Lou Pinet is the perfect private escape to unwind and enjoy the delights of the South of France this summer and will be welcoming guests from 13th May 2021.
During the winter season Christopher will be up in the mountains at Hotel Le Coucou, the elegant ski-in/ski-out 5-star hotel which has been designed in its entirety by renowned interior architect, Pierre Yovanovitch. Hotel Le Coucou will re-open in December 2021 offering guests two restaurants including the Beefbar by Riccardo Giraudi, a bar, a Tata Harper Spa, two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, a fitness room, sauna, two kid's clubs and two stunning private chalets.
