Rabih Zein has been appointed as General Manager at Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort & Fairmont Ajman
Fairmont Hotels and Resorts has named a new cluster general manager for its Ajman and Fujairah properties. Rabih Zein will help lead the two hotels, moving up from his previous position as GM of Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort.
In total he will look after 433 keys, shaping the operational, strategic and revenue performance of both properties. Praised as having turned the Fujairah hotel in one of the emirate's premier properties, he will be expected to implement these best practices over in Ajman, boosting synergy between the two.
While in Fujairah, he was a driving force behind the hotel's elevated hygiene and safety roll out, helping boost the hotel's staycation business massively.
Zein has been in hospitality for 20 years, having previously worked across Radisson Hotel Group in a range of managerial positions. He has been GM of the Radisson Blu Resort, Sharjah and the cluster GM of Park Inn by Radisson Muscat and Park inn by Radisson Hotel & Residence Duqm before that.
Outside of GM experience, he has also been director of operations for Radisson in Brussels, and global director of leisure sales.
